This is one of the largest ships in the United Lines (Custom Company). Made in 1921 in Newfoundland, the American II was one of the first ships to have their own movie theater. The ship became instantly popular of how luxurious the Ocean liner is. In 1932 the RMS American II had a refit with new customize art of deco interior. On December of 1940 the RMS American II was on her last voyage to be scrapped in Halifax, but when the war broke loose the RMS American II was converted into a Hospital ship carrying troops to Britain, Canada, and American.
