Hi Everyone! 

I'm back with a new modern detached house. It has 4 bedrooms, a bathroom, a livingroom, and a garden with swimming pool. 

I will upload the download link and some pictures of the interior later, because the shader, what I've used in the exterior, the interior looked too dark. :( (Uploaded)
