Just checked out your map and I tinkered around the command blocks that you have. I had NO IDEA that you can summon mine carts without having to use Dispensers! this is a phenomenal breakthrough for me. Thanks to you, I'm definitely gonna implement this in my theme park RollerWorld Resort!
(Also, it would be a good idea to update this with the command /summon minecraft:minecarts [your coordinates] so that it works for 1.12)

Your welcome! Thx for checking it out! I would update it, however, I don't actually work on this anymore. However, I am working on a new Theme park and always make sure everything works =)
