Chaírete!

This is my own triumphal arch built for my city inspired by the Queen of Cities — Constantinople.

For its design, I drew inspiration from the Arch of Titus in Rome and the Cinquantenaire in Brussels, combining classical roman proportions with a grander monumental style suited to an Eastern Roman setting.

Feel free to use it in your build, just make sure to credit me.

Chaírete! This is a fine arch, indeed. I'm especially fond of the quartz trim. Proportions are good, and the design looks architecturally sound.

In my opinion, it does feel as though it's missing... something. I know the Cinquantenaire Arch is crowned with a bronze quadriga, much like the Brandenburg Gate... though I also recognize that can be hard to represent in Minecraft. Hmm.. Maybe more 'rounding' of the columns? But ,that's just me. This is still a very fine arch! Thank you for sharing

Eu prátete!

Thank you for your comment! I specifically wanted the design to remain simple as I’m using these at the entrance of my forum which surrounds Hagia Sofia, therefore I did not wanted to do something too catchy. But if it were to be placed at the center of it’s own plaza, more enrichments could definitely be worthwhile :)

Makes sense to me! Hagia Sophia is a sacred monument, so it deserves the visual 'real estate' so to speak. Thank you!
