I squeezed the lag generating patterns at the place where they do the less harm possible to the gameplay. I don't know if it's possible to make it better than that with my knowledge level ATM. If there's a redstone Master passing here and want to help, it will be greatly appreciated!
Also I'm aware of some serious lag between levels. I will try to modify some commands patterns to reduce it.
