Description: 

The Nomocracy uses the Rousseau-Class as a secondary wave planetary occupier. This ship is deployed from low orbit to support Hanlon-Class Corvettes in invasions and airlift out large numbers of troops in evacuation scenarios. Equipped with two railguns, the Rousseau is able to provide ground support and cover troops being deployed or evacuated, as well as take on unshielded ships. The Rousseau is also able to deploy 3 Nietzche-Class light fighters for air superiority in invasion scenarios. The Rousseau is deployed in Nomocracy carriers and devastators.
