The Royal Library in the capital of the arctic nation of the North-Elves is an underground space most well known for its unique illusioned ceiling. The enchantment transmits the image from the bottom of the western shores, making it seem like the library is situated underwater.

There are still furnishings to take care of, like chairs and study desks.

The ceiling technique consists on stacking layers of different coloured glass and a light source. I've seen some people use it, but the first video I saw is this one:
