Do you have command block, world edit experience and will you build the terrain or just build on it?

I have command block experience and am using command blocks (custom villagers, story, spawning stuff, etc. I won't be using W/E even though I could. Mostly building on the terrain as CE = Chunk errors, which in a superflat makes it interesting.

EDIT: Also there are waaaay too many chunk errors.
