This is some information before you apply.

• You must be 16 years of age or over to apply.
  
• *You will not get paid! This server is community driven and all donations will go to improving the server.
  
• You must have discord.
  
• Please write in full detailed sentences in a professional manner.
  
• Do not apply if you have been banned previously on our or other servers.
  
• You must be on our discord server.
  
• You must have an online time total of 4 hours.

Staff Roles :

These are the staff roles and positions. They are designed to keep the team moving strong at all times and MUST be treated the way they are described below.



You-tuber:

This role is given to our Youtube Recorders/Streamers in the community who meet the requirements and who actively stream on our server. To maintain your rank of “Youtube” we ask of you to make sure to record/stream RukeCraft at least once a week. Your video/stream length does not matter, what does is that you do record/stream. If you have any questions ever please ask the Manager Josh and he will help you out with anything you may need.



Watcher:

First line of defence against hackers and rule breakers. Watchers are also the most important role on the staff team. The Watcher role is to set the best example of the team and should be treated as the most important staff members. Watchers are to be online the most and to be actively asking players if they are in any need of help. Watchers are also here to give the general idea of how the server works. When dealing with an issue in-game, you need to make sure you know how to handle every problem possible. To help ensure player satisfaction, you need to contact at least a Mod when you don’t know how to do one thing. Instead of guessing, which may get you demoted, you need to make sure you are doing everything possible to make all players happy. The players pay the bills to the server so we need to respect them as if they are the Owner. If you ever encounter an issue with a player calling you abusive or a bad staff member, please report it to a higher ranked staff member to have this all solved before the user reports you as a bad staff member. This will help solve the issue faster and reduce the chances of the user having you demoted.

Moderator:

Second line of defence against hackers and rule breakers. Moderator’s roles are to log in and assist any Helpers who may be having a bad time on the server. Also, Moderators are to help out with large volumes of issues on the server. Moderators are to punish anyone necessarily needed with a permanent punishment.. Moderators are also trainers to any new Helpers and assist them if they need your help.

Admin:

Third line of defence against hackers and rule breakers. A Mod’s role is to make sure everything is handled on the forums and in-game. They are granted the permission to start accepting or denying staff applications. If you are denying the application then you must leave a detailed reason and what the user applying can do better next time to improve their application. If you are accepting, leave Ruken_Antoni the application link via Discord so he can check it out. If he agrees then you are welcome to tag along in the interview. Also, Dev’s are to help out with large volumes of issues on the server.
