Ocean Rune:
To craft the Ocean Rune, you must meet three requirements: you must be standing on a redstone wire, there must be a cow within five blocks of where you are standing, and you must drop an ink sac on the ground. When you have successfully met the requirements, you will be given an Ocean Rune. This rune, when used, will give you night vision and water breathing for five minutes.

Lava Rune:
Crafting a Lava Rune is similar to crafting the Ocean Rune. You must have a zombie nearby, stand on a redstone wire, and drop a piece of magenta dye on the ground. You will be given the Lava Rune. When used, you will get resistance and fire resistance for five minutes.

Nature Rune:
To craft the Nature Rune, drop a cactus green dye on the ground, have a rabbit neaarby, and stand on a grass block. You will get the Nature Rune, and the grass you are standing on will become coarse dirt. The Nature Rune, when used, gives the user five minutes of regeneration and jump boost.

Death Rune:
To craft the Death Rune, you will need to stand on a block of obsidian and drop an iron ingot and a nether brick. You will also need a Zombie Pigman. However, because the schematic is only to be placed in the Overworld, you will have to find a way to get a Zombie Pigman into the Overworld. When the Death Rune is used, you will get extreme regeneration, resistance, and strength. And a little bit of slowness.

There are currently four items you can craft: Sponge, Rabbit Hide, Rabbit Stew, and Spawn Eggs.

To craft a sponge, drop these four items on the ground: Sunflower, Raw Salmon, String, and a Wheat Seed.
To craft a Rabbit Hide, drop these three items: Leather, Rotten Flesh, and a Water Bottle.
To craft Rabbit Stew, drop a Cooked Rabbit, a Carrot, a Water Bucket, and a Bowl.
To craft a Spawn Egg, you will need to drop an egg and a gold nugget. As well, you will need the items required for the mob you are spawning.

When you craft a spawn egg, the mob spawned will have no AI. This makes them much easier to use for crafting runes that need a mob nearby.

You can also spawn a Giant, using an egg, a gold nugget, and an iron pickaxe. Because there is no giant spawn egg, the giant is spawned immediately.
