The 2nd set of Townhouses in Lazuli City. Its located right next to the 1st set of townhouses. The named Rupee is named after the area of the city, Rupee, home to Lazuli City's them park Rupee Land which isn't really Zelda themed but just named after Rupees. All 5 houses have the same design each with a different palette and the interiors is the same as well. It is 2 stories and has a living room, kitchen in the first floor and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom in the 2nd. The garage is beneath the house and next to the basement which has a laundry as well.
