Another building from my city. This building features 3 furnished rooms and a lounge. My goal was to make the skinniest building possible, for not-so-wealthy citizens. Let me know what you think, and don't forget to check out my other buildings!

Mainly, the building is too flat, adding some dynamic shapes will help it look better.Color wise, it's decent, however, making the building a more complex three dimensional shape will help add more color to the town house. I can see that you used the basics of furniture, but I would recommend you to research some others that might peak your interest and may be used in the future. It's really helpful in the long run, trust me.
The interior is "decent" accounting for the small space you have and how difficult interior is compared to exterior. In general, Interior designers are harder to come by than a great exterior designer.
I don't know much about townhouses in the city, but they are supposed to be multiple housing units in a compact area. However, I do only see on unit, I do not know if you plan to add to the town house, but from what I can tell by window placement, you probably are not.
If you do so choose to make multiple units, I would suggest adding variations. And I would also recommend adding a roof. Not necessarily a basic gable, but maybe something more complex that shows its a housing unit. I have yet to see a butterfly roof.
Hopes this helps
As for the interior, like wise with what you said, with limited space brings challenges. Interior work is hard! I will defiantly research some more furniture pieces.
Thank you for all the great input. I really respect mature criticisms regarding my work. That's what PMC is about!
