This is the Sanctuary Trydaria, the first publication by the Order of Vitruvius and a special ode to one of the earliest and most successful Roman architects/builders in Minecraft history: Trydar. Trydar is both an Active Architect and founding member of the Order of Vitruvius and has been publishing content for nearly a decade. From hippodromes to triremes, he has been credited with recreating some of the best interpretations of classical architecture in Minecraft. In addition, Trydar has dedicated his Minecraft career to generously helping up-and-coming builders and hobbyists through his step-by-step tutorials that you can find on his YouTube channel. Thus, this sanctuary project is dedicated to him and his many accomplishments -- a project that is both well deserving and a long time coming. Thank you Trydar for everything you've done!

Architecturally, the Sanctuary Trydaria is styled after a traditional Roman sanctuary from antiquity. The sanctuary contains a central forum, a theater, an amphitheater, three basilicas, multiple stables, a curia, a bathhouse, and a victory arch. The sanctuary is fairly ornamented and detailed, but we wanted to provide space for individual players to add additional detailing as they so choose. In total, the sanctuary measures 359 blocks in width and 410 blocks in length, making it among the largest Roman complexes ever constructed in Minecraft.
