This massive above ground facility is only 35% of the total SCP facility being built. As you can tell this is our largest project yet and will be finished at a later date. More upper area facilities will be constructed to provide coverage for Gates B and C; Such as:

Well this is technically an airport but it covers up a massive underground facility which, as stated above, is currently a work in progress. So yes, this makes me think I should remove it but I enjoy it there because it gives the whole upper facility a meaning.
