Sea Survival is a survival map where you're in a world with nothing above water except the small 5x5 raft you're on. This map has a premise similar to skyblock, but it starts feeling much different really quick. Do you have what it takes to thrive on this waterlogged survival map? I guess you'll just have to play and... sea. (Yup, I just did that.)
How to get more wood: The only way to get extra wood is to explore under the water for sunken ships. The good thing about this is that they're pretty easy to come by. That bad thing is it takes a long time to mine. (Not to mention the Drowned's.)
How to get cobble: There are 4 layers to the world: 90 blocks of water, 5 blocks of sand, 5 blocks of dirt, and then 5 blocks of stone. (And then bedrock of course.) You need to swim and then mine to the very bottom of the world to get stone, but once they're you'll find a seemingly endless supply. Please note that there are NO ores that naturally spawn. The only way to get minerals is from loot chests.
What's the point of fishing?: Fishing allows you to get many items that would otherwise be unobtainable. Not just fish. For example, you can fish up sticks sometimes meaning you won't need to look for ships just to make basic tools.
This map is especially great if you like the exploration (or fishing) aspect of Minecraft. This will completely change the way you experience the 1.13 Aquatic update.
