Wow, this was a lot more fun than I anticipated. You should make it a real stadium, with a sport field and chairs. A diamond for you :D

You could also apply some mini-game in the middle. You could use one of SethBling's or another good redstoner and just place their design in the middle. It would give the stadium a central point. Just an idea, but I think a stadium just by itself is pretty cool :D
