Server Spawn (add renders)

Hello!

The last time we with our small team have been building the spawn for the server rus-minecraft.com. We wanted to make it airy and light with the ability to study it in flight on elytra. But, nevertheless, on the ground it stays interesting! The project became a source of inspiration, new ideas and change. Each of our team has brought a part of himself in the incarnation of that idea.
