This spawn is created becauseI've seen too manycoloredspawn and I decided to build something more... complex.
There are 4 principal room:
The shop, the utility room(with some anvil and enchantment table), the portal room and the start kit room
But now let's see the features of the spawn:

An huge Vip showcase
A showcase with the ads
and a very very very f'ckin coollandscape
