Shear Mania

Q. What is Shear Mania?
- Shear Mania has two game mode you can play, both of which are based around collecting wool.
In PvP mode, you and your friends run about the sheep pin collecting wool or stealing dropped wool. There is no melee fight in this mode, but the person with the highest score wins! You can play multiple rounds.
In Story mode, you use your wool harvesting skills to unlock chests from the town merchant. With the materials unlock, you will build your small starving town into a thriving city; get creative! In this mode, chests are not "locked" but you need to respect the wool price for the game to be fun/challenging (example: the chest asks for 64 wool. You could totally take the wool without paying, but then the game is not challenging or fun. That's why you put the 64 wool into the chest and then took what was in it).

Q. Where did you guys come up with this idea?
- We were on our bukkit server one day collecting wool to make a blimp when a small competition broke out between the two of us; who could collect the most amount of wool. Though it starts friendly and calm, soon both of us were sprinting through the pin grabbing and stealing all the wool we could. It was surprisingly fun on its own, so we made it into a game.

Q. What should people expect out of this?
- If you like some competition, then the PvP mode is a silly yet fun way to play with friends. If you like to build things on minecraft, but want a challenge, Story mode allows you to be creative yet work with a challenge.
