Simple Ocean Base

Hello! OverZealousSandwich here, with my first upload to Planet Minecraft: A simple ocean base. The base is built just off a lovely little island and has everything you could need to get you started in Minecraft survival. It has:

• Bedroom, with jukebox, all 12 music discs and some storage
  
• Enchanting/Brewing room, with some supplies and storage
  
• Smithy, with several furnaces, a crafting table, 2 anvils and some starting gear (stone tools & chain armour)
  
• Mineshaft, that can be expanded as and when neeeded, plenty of ores to be mined, also some storage available as well as a couple of furnaces
  
• Simple mob spawner
  
• Nether portal, with a nether ''outpost', right next to a nether fortress
  
• 4 farms - carrots, potatoes, wheat and sugar
  
• Passive mob farm - pigs, sheep, cows and chickens (plus horses on the plains around it)
  
• Small fishing jetty
  
• Mountain path that leads to a small fire/seating area on top of the mountain
  

The island is fully lit up so mob spawns should be at a minimum, except for the caves, so you can explore those yourself. If you get tired of the island, there is some mountains to the south that I've yet to explore but the terrain looks great.

I hope you like the build, it's one of my best so far.
