Welcome to my first map!

This map is certainly well known to all. I took the concept of original SkyBlock and expanded it to be playable for the latest version of minecraft 1.15. But it still retained its original value.

By this I mean that you wont find any big treasure chests, spawn egg traders and and other things that would make your progress easier. In short, its still the good old skyblock as we know it.

So whats new on this SkyBlock?

First of all, I designed it that you have near you biomes, that allow you to get a lot of things to which you did not have access in a classic SkyBlock.

On the second photo in the gallery you can see roughly the layout of the basic biomes that I applied to the world:

  1) On the main island bordered by cobblestone is a biome snowy taiga, so
    you can get snow.
  2) On the left in the sandstone border is the biome desert.
  3) Above in the blue border is the biome river. Therefore, make it possible to
   spawn mob drowned.
  4) On the right in a small wooden border is a biome tundra.
  5) The last island on the right is located in a classic biome plains for spawn
   animal mobs.
  6) The bottom orange border is the savanna biome.
  7) And the last green border is the top is jungle biome.

You may also notice that there are two new islands in addition to the original islands, one in the overworld and the other in the nether. Lets take a closer look:

1) After turning on the map, you will be spawned on the main island, which is exactly the same as the island in the original SkyBlock.
It consists of 80 dirt blocks and one bedrock located in the middle of the island at a height 64 blocks. Bedrock is right under the spawnpoint.
On the main island is one oak which has 5 oak logs and 49 blocks of oak leaves.
There is a chest with one block of ice and one bucket of lava to create a cobblestone generator.

2) The second sand island is a bit different. The original island consisted of 27 levitating blocks of sand. This also has 27 blocks of sand, but is supported by nine more blocks of dirt.
There are 1-3 blocks of cactus on the island, depending on the growth stage of the cactus, and a chest containing 10 blocks of obsidian, one melon slice and one pumpkin seeds.
Sandy Island is located south of the main island and is located exactly 64 blocks.

3) The third island is new and is not found in the original SkyBlock at all. I added it for several reasons. The main reason is that on your way to island you go through the important biomes you need to get new things.
Another reason is to add new types of wood that are not found on the original skyblock to give you more construction options.

The third island is made up of 17 blocks of spruce planks, another nine blocks of dirt, and in the middle of the island is one diamond ore.
I added diamond ore because it is the only way to get a clean diamond in
minecraft if you dont have access to treasures. The main reason for the
diamond is the possibility of creating a jukebox.
The island has one spruce tree that has 6 spruce logs and 29 spruce leaves.
The third island is located north of the first island and is exactly 64 blocks far from the main island.

To the right of the third island is a jungle log and chest with the jungle sapling. The jungle log is located in the jungle biome and serves mainly to let you know where the jungle biome is located.

To the left of the third island is one acacia log and a chest in which is acacia sapling. Again this acacia log is there mainly because you know where the savannah biome is located.

Overall, you can get 98 blocks of dirt and 27 blocks of sand from all three islands. Another 18 blocks of dirt to the new islands I added because of the new types of wood you can get. With more blocks of dirt, you have more opportunities to work with farms.

Now lets look at the islands in Nether!

When you build nether portal you get to the first island, which is again exactly the same as the original. It consists of 27 blocks of glowstone. On the island is one red mushroom, one brown mushroom and a chest with one ice, sugar cane and one birch sapling.

Directly opposite the first island is a new island, which I added because of the possibility of obtaining potions.
It is made up of 29 nether bricks, another nine glowstones, five magma blocks and five soulsands.
The second island is exactly 64 blocks from the first.

On the island is a chest with one blaze rod, which unfortunately can not be obtained in any other way than a blaze drop. I added blaze rod to be able to create a brewing stand, to get potions.
Shortly after the island is one block of floating gravel in order to obtain at least one flint that cannot be obtained in any other way.

All the blocks in the nether are laid in such a way that it is quite difficult to obtain them because water cannot be laid in the nether. You have to be especially careful about getting soulsands on the other island, since you have only five available.

Well, I didnt want to add stronghold and ocean monument, because they are not in the classic skyblock. And I wanted to get as close as possible to the classic skyblock, but modify it so that as many things as possible could be obtained in it. Anyway, I didnt do very well. I could have solved a lot of things differently. I also forgot about the swap biome, which is important because of the witches.

But thank you very much for the comment, I really appreciate it.
