After submitting my previous project, I thought about introducing smaller buildings into my arsenal.
This small house follows a modern-futuristic style that fits into a 25x24 area and inside a big city. It features no interior other than light sources.
With two balconies on its sides, it could be considered some sort of high-tech cottage, and would not look out of place near a small lake and some birch trees around.
Expect more houses like this and futuristic towers in the near future.
