First attempt at building spawn for other people. Feel free to use as you wish but please credit me as creator. Made in 1.11.2 but it is 1.9.8 and up friendly.
Set up for a small server with portal/warp plugs. destinations include Overworld, End, and Nether with a small 'temple' for any use such as rules or warps.
