It's nice, but it isn't really very suburban. Suburban houses are very large and often have a ridiculous amount of detail on the front and nothing on the back.

Victorian is called that way because the style was created while crown victoria was in power of england, actually victorian is not just suburban is also used in manors and even in apartments
