its just a small arena to fight mobs so i can train killing them

i use a lot of command blocks to build this

even added classes just to make it more fun doing

also what maybe be fun i dont know what to name the arena

so if you have a good name for the arena please leave a comment telling me

the name you would give the arena

Go to the minecraft folder, then click saves, then click the folder with the title of your world. Right click the folder and then click archive. Then upload that file (it ends with .zip and looks like a bunch of books) to PMC. 
This is how to do it on Windows. 
I'm sorry if I might be wrong (I've never uploaded a map before) but I'm pretty sure that is how to do it.

If you scroll down all the way to the bottom of where you edit the submission, you see an "upload file" button. Click that and click on the .zip file of your world. Then click save.
