What type of software do I need to access the schematic file for this? My phone won't open it on its own

althought, one thing that pokes my eyes on a 2nd look is that the wings are way too rounded, I mean the "bones", nonetheless as an abstract creature it is just as gorgeous as your incredible talent is.

I like the concept and shaping of this dragon a lot! though I'm personally still not really a fan of the colouring, looks very messy
