My current project that I'm building on my girlfriend's server.



I have plans to further develop the coastline into something like a dark souls map. I used a fair amount of reference, including a piece of furniture that I saw in a museum.



So far; I've built the bridge leading to the keep and a town atop that bridge. The keep itself features a front and back half. The front half has a cathedral, a graveyard beneath that, catacombs beneath that, and the slums church beneath that.



The back half of the keep features living spaces on the first floor, room and board on the second, master wings and a theater on the third, a library on the fourth through sixth, a large open room that reminds me of the boss arena for maria of the astral clock tower on the seventh, and offices on the eighth and ninth. The first basement has servant quarters and kitchen, the second basement features an undercroft that leads out to the harbor, and I plan on building a couple layers of sewers below that.



The layout of the keep was based on research I did for how medieval castles were actually planned out.

My further plans include a slums along the base of the bridge, an extensive swamp, paths leading up to a grand estate over a cove, which would then have pirates, and a forgotten town and lighthouse on the coast. I'm still trying to figure out what to build at the center of the bay.



Building this has been a pain to do in survival, but my GF is being adamant no creative is allowed. I might try and find this seed again so I can provide a before shot of the location.



Because this is part of a server, I can't upload the map of this. At least, not until we are ready to move in June.
