This Ilsung project has started a long time ago. And it took a lot of effort. I can say that Korea's most top listed minecraft builders had joined and built the buildings. I'm one of them, too. Ilsung is based on flat-map and used map edit to create more realistic background. If you look inside Ilsung city, you could see LOTTE, SAMSUNG, Japanese colonial era's leftovers, CIA, FBI, and even SHIELD (Look close, because they are hidden and they are underground facility.) You might wonder 'What kind of big land in the center could possibly be?' Well, for that, it is not revealed. But I can say the original project was to build a palace (Like Gyeongbokgung Palace). The left side of the river is Gang-Su city. It is a city to prevent lots of residents living inside Ilsung city. There are many islands. One is for airport (which is not finished), one is for fish village, one is for stadium. Hope you enjoy looking around the Ilsung! Oh, and there is a subway that is very similar to seoul's subway.
