A replica of the historic Southampton West Gate Hall (in Southampton, Hampshire, UK). I had to change the wood patterns on the exterior slightly, but other than that, follows the exterior. The interior is not a replica of the actual, but if based off of it, with slight alterations.

there is no warp, but if you do /warp bertley and then /tppos -7936 65 2944 it should take you to a big brick building. The west gate hall is located shortly behind the said building.
