This is an American Split Level style house I built. Consists of the following:

-3 Bedrooms

-1 Bathroom

-Living Room

-Dining Room (you can oversee the game room from railing)

-Kitchen

-Family Room

-Game Room/Bar

-Deck

-Swimming Pool

-1 Car Garage

I'm glad you got to check out the other builds. I just updated the Bi Level and it now has a backyard like this one. The houses look great side by side.
