According to my windows date and cloak system 2023 is past and not future. So was it rededicated or nor?
Well and I don't speak Portuguese but my school Latin skills and a few of reading experience of all tells me that this is not an error of translation - at least "sendo redicado em" seems like a future verb struct to me.
