Starter Day/Night Sensor

This is a redstone day/night time sensor which activates/ deactivates a redstone current when the time of day changes. The current is On at night and Off at day. This is usefull for say.. lighting lamps in a town on the streets so they come on at night and go off in the morning. You can build what ever you may wish to build off of it.
