A steampunk airship, with a fully decorated interior, containing a two-floor house (yes, on a zeppelin), storage, a big steam furnace, beds, and a garden.

You may need to use a fire protection plugin, because I can't confirm the furnace is 100% safe :)
If you don't have one, you can estinguish the fire and put glowstone instead.
