Your favorite sweet goth angel Stocking Anarchy from the absurdly OUTRAGOUS anime Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt is here! Originally, she was supposed to be a larger statue like the ones I have, but it proved to be quite the challenge. So I made a chibi version from scratch. It turned out be a lot better than I thought.
