Modded means its uses mods, help from Nickplays22 means help from a friend, building the entire mall.. well that explains itself, which none of it matters anymore because the map is canceled. Keep in mind I dont do descriptions like these anymore as they stupid and too simple, if you were looking forward to play this map Im sorry its canceled
