This is my entry for a contest called The Valley of Talented hosted by CaraRose who asked for a medium-sized suburban household made with 1.12 blocks or below for anyone interested (P.S. interior is optional, but not part of the grading). For more details, click on that link above!

This would be the first suburban-style house I've ever made, and I'd have to say I'm pretty proud of it. I enjoyed taking inspiration from real-life houses as well as Minecraft houses and I had a lot of fun making it. I'll have to admit, the house was a lot bigger than I had in mind when first starting, but I'd like to think it's a healthy size for any additional interior decorations that may be added.

this is very nice unlike the other dogshit houses that i see on this fuck ass website idk why people upload ugly ghetto as houses with their shitty texture packs i commend you

Oh, thank you! It took a while to get to the finished product I liked, but I think everyone's working to get to the point where they are happy with their builds. I definitely did not start this way and it's been a journey thus far. Thank you for stopping by!

I really like how the left side (the side w/out the garage) looks! It all seems to work so well together, looking relatively elaborate without looking overloaded. (This is not to say that the other facades are ugly, that's far from the truth)
