Instead of using real-world businesses in my cities, I create my own chains. This particular chain, Super 7, is a motel chain that has a presence in most of my cities. This particular Super 7 is located in Lake Tiffany. Lake Tiffany was built around a main chain of three lakes. There are several other small lakes, like the lake next to the motel. It is also very near the ocean, and the coast is lined with more upscale residences. Lake Tiffany is a melting pot of snootier residences, vacation homes on the lakefront, agricultural areas, local businesses, and regional services. This motel is located right by downtown and across the street from a lake. It's also right next to a completely public lake and down the street from public access to the ocean.
