Cortland Commons is a mixed-use building in downtown Lake Plover, a suburb of Jefferson. It is across the street from public access to beautiful Lake Paunac and is one of the first buildings you see as you cross the lake from Jefferson into the downtown of Lake Plover. The building contains three commercial spaces on the ground floor and six apartments on the two floors above (three per floor).
