To download fist unzip the file given while on your PC/MAC. Then plug in a USB to it. Download the folder. Turn of the PC/MAC.
Unplug the USB and connect it to your PS3. Copy and paste the world there through the storage. Then log in on that account
Through your PS4. In minecraft click the upload PSvita/PS3 world button and select the world. Now you've got the map
