goto %appdata% in start icon

click on .minecraft. folder

open the minecraft folder and u will see saves

add to archive the world save of the map u want to put to download and upload it to mediafire

and next its easy

go to control panel-> appearence and personalisation> show hidden files and folders(it's under folder options) > then select show hidden files and folders.

go to (computer-username)>appdata>roaming>.minecraft>saves>(supersize me save file)>>>> copy this folder into a compressed zip folder then upload it to mediafire

(note: if you have changed the name of the world in minecraft then the folder name of the world won't have changed so the folder name will be the name of the world when you first created it)
