Howdy-doo,
Beginner Note: I have changed my PMC name but I'm too lazy to update my other projects under my new name so apologies for that
The Nagasawa. Italian/German inspired design that I originally built on Cubed Community. I was also inspired by a ton of yachts I saw at a recent visit to Dana Point, which brought me to binge watch yacht videos on YouTube. Mainly, many Lurssen/Fincantieri designs caught my attention with their sleek modern design. I named it Nagasawa because I put a Japanese flag on the back and felt obliged to name it so.
Regarding other yachts built by members of the community, I do take some inspiration from them, however I try my best not to as I would like to be as original as possible with my style. But aside from that, I tried to build realistically which means the similarities will be apparent. There's mot much I can do, a yacht looks like a yacht. Especially the bigger ones.
Interior-wise, I have zero experience aboard actual yachts, so I mainly refer to google photos. I tried my best to fill up the yacht as much as possible, as well as incorporate my build style as well as a Japanese theme. The yacht features lots of living areas, private spaces, a cinema theater, an indoor pool, a ballroom, a restaurant, two bars, many stairways that look cool, a Jacuzzi, a museum/gallery, a shrine, and about 300 sea lanterns in strategic and not-so strategic locations.
| The yacht was built entirely with the default texturepack
| The shaders I used in the screenshots are Kuda's Shaders
| I used Rhino 5 and VRay for other rendering.
Regarding download . You may use it however you please. If you use it in any videos, animations, servers, or any public use, please be sure to give credit
