Go to a website like MediaFire or Dropbox. Then go to .minecraft folder, then saves, and your maps should be there. copy and paste it to your desktop. Then get winzip and covert the file to a .zip. then you can upload it to any of those websites, copy the link, and aste it where it says world url when you upload.
