100% Real! The seed generates a small Island in the middle of nowhere. There is LITERALLY NO LAND OTHER THAN THIS. I have gone 20000 blocks away from the island and still found no other land. This is a very good seed though. Perfect for survival. Includes: A ravine. A creeper spawn (DUNGEON!), A skeleton Spawner (Once again dungeon) and one tree.

UPDATE: Creeper spawners are a Error in the minecraft 1.2.4/1.2.5 generation code.
