Made in World Painter in under an hour. (just got motivated to make something and quickly made this map) The island is something along the lines of 1000x800 blocks and the whole map is 2000x2000.
The map is survival ready, there are caves, ores, trees etc.

Feel free to use this in your own projects etc. as long as you don't claim it as your own.
