so, one day i thought "ya know it would be a wonderful idea to build all of Switzerland in Minecraft" so yeah thats what im doing along with a few friends.

HOW I MADE IT (and am still making it i mean check out dat progress)
I used a heightmap and imported it into WorldPainter to make a world with all the geographical features of Switzerland
(so most rivers and lakes and all mountains)
If when it is done, you would like to download it, then please do. But keep in mind the world is currently 20 GB and will most likely be over 40 GB when done. Also ya need a LOT of mods (32) soon i will put a download link to a folder with all the mods.

also keep in mind it won't be EXACTLY block for block switzerland, but most big monuments and locations will be made like in real life.

BTW the world is a big scaled down. otherwise it would be 100,000 blk between Zürich and Chur and that would be no problem, but lets remember the world's size (20 GB) and we see the problem. Everything is scaled down by a factor of 10, so the distance between Zürich and Chur in the world is more like 10,000 blk ( and also 1km is not 1,000 blk, but 100 blk)
( i know you don't care, but if the world is ~20GB now so *10 would be 200 GB. See why its not normal size?)
