Thanks for everyone who roleplayed and helped build this wonderful server.  So many good memories with it and the people involved.  As this one closed another one is being born... I'll be releasing more information about my next project "Fallout:New Beginings" later one.  Follow me to stay up to date and thanks again for everyone who was apart of SOTO.
