I have begun work on an extensive recreation of the Star Wars planet Tatooine. Mos Eisley is almost done and the mountains surrounding the city are almost complete. I plan to add as many of the major landmarks from the movies and games that I can. In the end I would like to let someone run a server with the map so others can enjoy it. If you have any comments or suggestions comment or PM. I will try and update as often as possible.

If you are interested in helping work on anything send me a PM. I would like to get some modders involved as creating new mobs is outside of my skillset. It would be cool to have Banthas and Dewbacks and such.

UPDATE: Lots of work going into editing the texture pack to fit more with the style of the planet. I changed the art so that it loks more like stuff you would actually see in the Star Wars universe. I plan to start work on Jabba's Palace and the sarlacc pit here soon.

If anyone has any info on mods where you can add custom mobs i would be very interested in hearing about them.

Hello all, I am sorry it has taken me so long to get back to this project. Me and my wife recently had a baby so my life has been very busy over the last few months. I am still working on the texture pack for the map. If anyone is good at doing textures I would like to see what you are able to do. Currently I need skins for the villagers that look like characters you would see in Mos Eisley, lots of aliens and bounty hunters. I also need to reskin the Wither boss to look like a mandalorian bountyhunter that looks different from Boba Fett. I have decided that I want to take advantage of all the new things added to MC while I have been gone, mostly command blocks and using adventure mode. I am close to being done with the plot/story for how the adventure map will play out and then I will have to figure out how to make everything work the way I want it to. Basically this will be a kind of EU story about a bounty hunter and will have little to do with the movies. I look forward to finishing this project and I can not wait to let other people try it when I am done.

Hello all, I am sorry I have been away for so long. Me and my whife recently had a baby so my time has been needed elsewhere when I am home for obvious reasons. I have begun work on this project again and I am currently updating my spin of the MineWars texturepack to the new version of MC. I have a lot of great ideas for the map using the new things added to the game. I will keep updating as I get further along.
