This is intended as an abandoned teleportation tower for spacecrafts. In truth, the building was finished first before I decided what it is and its function as a teleporter is suggested by a fellow builder.

This started as a circular base for a tower. I was dissatisfied with it and started to destroy it and then I thought:"Hey, the half broken base isn't bad at all." So I kept the base and build a hexagonal chunk on it, and this came out.
