This is the first ship i have ever made and it turned out quite well. The only thing that i am unhappy with is the rear end of the boat and might change it when i update to 1.4.2. When i do update, i shall add a lot more detail to all areas of the ship apart from the brig which doesn't need much detail as it doesn't need to look luxurious. I might add a world save or a MCEdit Schematic when my mediafire login decides to work, however i may not find the time to do so.

Not bad for your first ship. Some tips I can give you:

- Your masts are way too low. Your main mast should be about equal to the total length of your ship.
- Your sails don't look natural. The way your sails look right now, the wind should be coming in from the back of the ship with a perfect, straight angle and blow on every sail with the same force, and in the real world, that's higly unlikely to ever happen. Try to look up some tutorials about organic curvature.

Those are the main points you may want to pay more attention to when building your next ship, But for your first ship, this is pretty good, keep it up and enjoy your diamond!

Thanks for this, i shall try to improve it once i get the chance as i am quite busy atm with all of my exams coming up and making videos for my new channel on youtube. But i will try to get it done asap

It's pretty good, although the sails seem a little short for the length of the ship.
But regardless, still a cool build. I wouldn't have the patience to do it.
Why don't you put it up for download or something?
