This is a taller version of a roman-styled brazier tower. These types of structures were often used near coastlines and man-made harbors to signal incoming invasion fleets for in-land military garrisons. These towers also doubled as lighthouses for ships entering port.

I used a sandstone-quartz palette for this build with nether wart block accents. I'm really loving the nether wart block inclusions into my more recent builds, particularly the Roman Lighthouse build I published only a few days ago.
